Les deux pistes ne me semblent pas contradictoires. L'hypothèse de Guy Bouten selon laquelle des "bandes de bandits" ont été utilisées (et rétribuées) par des "manipulateurs" d'extrême-droite (utilisant des méthodes de services secrets, mélangeant les armes, les vêtements, etc) tient la route.

Un point commun de ces "manipulateurs" est leur anti-communisme acharné, ce en quoi ils sont proches d'André Moyen (service secret militaire) "qui voyait des communistes partout".

Quelqu'un comme Madani Bouhouche pourrait faire aussi bien partie des "bandits" que des "manipulateurs" ... il est dommage qu'on n'en sache pas plus sur le coup d'Etat raté du Surinam (où il aurait contribué à la logistique ?) ... une opération clairement anti-communiste.

Est-ce de ceux-ci que Patrick Haemers parlait quand il utilisait l'expression "fous furieux" ("l'organisation") ?

Il ne serait alors pas étonnant de reconnaître Dominique Salesse sur un portrait-robot ... Il ne serait pas étonnant non plus de voir passer Elio Ciolini dans le proche voisinage de Patrick Haemers. Les coups tordus pour assurer un financement occulte (et pas uniquement via la drogue), c'était une spécialité de certains "services" (dont l'OPC).

Je suis cependant prêt à parier que ni Philippe Lacroix ni Domnique Salesse ne connaissent les tenants et aboutissants de ce qu'ils ont fait.

J'espère que la police scientifique permettra d'avancer dans la recherche des exécutants et que des spécialistes se pencheront sur l'identité des organisateurs. Il doit être possible d'avancer des deux côtés à la fois.

L'hypothèse de Guy Bouten n'est qu'une hypothèse, et non un axiome.
Si, Bouten tiens la route, c’est souvent avec tous les incidents de parcours d’un véhicule explosif, style « salaire de la peur ». Bouten, l'aventurier de l'écriture, version moderne d'un Yves Montand, portant de grand coup de volant dans l’édition française pour sortir de certains terrains minés dans l’édition flamande.
Et qui risquait de lui sauter à la face, à lui et à son lecteur de cartes patenté.
Et je ne suis pas sûr qu’il ne reste pas un peu de nitro à bord du véhicule...

Bouten, salarié de la peur?

Je trouve cette relation entre le bouquin de Bouten et le chargement de nitro convoyé dans " le salaire de la peur" par Montand comme une comparaison sympathique et positive à l'égard de Guy Bouten et de sa personnalité que j'ai le plaisir de connaître.
Bouten à choisi le chemin de l'aventure en s'investissant à fond dans ses recherches sur les TBW. Comme tous les aventuriers, qu'ils soient de l'écriture ou autres, il savait qu'il prenait des risques, même physique.
Il l'a fait.C'est cela le salaire de la peur. J'apprécie.
C'est autrement engageant que d'écrire une histoire sur la pluie et le beau temps et les brumes de notre pays noir.
Dois-je vous rappeler qu'à la sortie de son livre il y a 2 ans une première charge de nitro a été heureusement larguée et que dans la version française il s'est trouvé face à des
bombes à retardement du genre VDB -Beijer - De Starke et d'autres que je ne citerez pas. C'est vous dire que je ne suis pas sûr qu'il ne reste pas un peu de nitro à bord du véhicule.
Les champs de mines il faut oser les affronter. Il le fait.
Je mettrez sur le compte de votre jeunesse sur le forum- un mois- pour comprendre votre interpellation intempestive.

The violence of the Nijvel gang was linked in 1985 by the press to a conspiracy among the Belgian stay-behind SDRA8, the Belgian Gendarmerie SDRA6, the Belgian neo-Nazi group Westland New Post, and the Pentagon secret service Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). However, after a parliamentary inquiry, no hard proof substaining these claims was found, and investigations into the Nijvel gang continue to this day. However, the mystery of how those cold-blooded massacres were committed did convince the Belgian Parliament to create a Permanent Committee of Surveillance of Intelligence Agencies' activities.[21]

I recommend both books, along with Daniele Ganser's book, Nato's Secret Armies -- which has quite a lot to say about Belgium.

On paper, CIA absorbed OPC, in theory to get it under control. But with the election of Eisenhower in 1952, and the appointment of Allen Dulles to run CIA, the opposite happened. OPC survived as the CIA's new Department of Plans. With Frank Wisner running it, it essentially remained OPC with a new pseudonym.

Reagan Era To Be Declassified

Something unusual has happened. An era is going to be uncovered, a time of BCCI, Iran Contra, the fall of the Soviet Union, one of corruption and triumph. What we know is this, the files are being opened and interviews never before authorized are scheduled.

More curious, perhaps the most curious of all, the FBI is notifying former intelligence agents and officials that the project has the official ‘green light.’

The fist interviews and, perhaps the first book, will outline relations between President Reagan and Emil Lee Wanta, letting a few into the dream world of White House insiders.

I have had my perceptions of Reagan shattered more than once. The official cover story, the myth sold by the Bush clan, that Reagan came into office, was almost immediately gunned down and for the next 8 years, George H. W. Bush was “defacto” president while Reagan remained a “doddering fool.”

I spent an evening going over notes with Lee. His memory of the period is volumes, much of which isn’t going to be of interest to many. While White House intelligence coordinator, Wanta worked in a grey environment of jockeying for influence, internal strife and one thing he makes clear:

President Reagan despised and distrusted his vice president and refused to allow him to be briefed on anything. Reagan felt he was saddled with a potential “rogue operator” who would use his experience as former CIA director to use the White House as a platform for personal business interests inconsistent with national policy.

Of the issues which have current standing, Libya will be high on the list, for awhile at least.

Tony Blair is doing the rounds in Tripoli today for JP Morgan, the Rothschild partner that worked so closely with Gaddafi on his plans to put together a series of Banks based on the African Union.

The deals offered, if things go as expected, will be intended to impact the new Libya as they did the old, bleeding the majority of oil cash into private accounts and leaving a pittance for the people.

This was Gaddafi’s policy and it may well be the policy of the new government as well, if writers like Franklin Lamb are right.

During talks with Wanta I was able to verify some issues involving Gaddafi. Gaddafi was placed in office in 1969 by the CIA as personal protege of Director Richard Helms.

Helms admired Gaddafi greatly and valued the relationship between the US and Libya as one of the most critical and strategic for America during that vital period.

The cover stories, that rogue CIA agents were training IRA terrorists in Libya got a laugh out of Wanta.

“This was Gladio, of course, the bastardized anti-Communist program that set up terror organizations across Europe as a “fall back” defense in case of a successful Soviet invasion. Libya was the staging ground for Gladio, a program operated, not out of Italy as reported, but out of Switzerland, by the ‘P2,’ a Freemason organization that eventually operated in 26 countries, across not only Europe but Latin America as well.”

“Later on, it was the P2 that had me arrested in Switzerland, put in solitary confinement and emptied the US Treasury accounts I managed, hundreds of millions of dollars. By that time, they had become little more than organized crime, particularly after they had murdered so many people during the Italian elections.”

Filling out the history of the Reagan era, in particular, the project to “crash the ruble,” the financial trading scheme run by Wanta through the Department of Treasury that netted trillions in assets that Reagan intended to be spent paying off the national debt, as Wanta relates.

In actuality, it was much more than that, with Treasury getting control of $23 trillion dollars leaving $4.3 trillion to Wanta’s companies.

This would all sound imaginary if it weren’t for the court filings backing it all up and the arrests, Wanta in particular, and murders surrounding the disposition of these funds, which represent the combined assets of the American people.

The money exists, has existed, enough to erase our national debt. The concept of Wanta’s own funds, seized by the Federal Reserve, $4.3 trillion dollars less $1.7 trillion in taxes owed, immediately put into the “General Fund” is frightening to some. This kind of money is unimaginable power, particularly in the hands of someone jailed for failing to be adequately dishonest.


Wanta, a devout Catholic, lay clergy, is a simple working class kid from Milwaukee, one who has shunned the trappings of wealth though he, at one time, controlled the greatest fortune in the history of our beleaguered planet.

Sometimes we review accounts and where they have gone, some in billions, the names of powerful political families known to all are tied to the looting of these accounts, some names predictable, some surprising.

Most embarrassing are bank security photographs of high ranking government officials, cabinet officers, looting bank accounts held in trust for the American people.

All of the money involved, taxpayer funds, all belonging to the American people, more than enough to fund a high speed rail system for America or housing for a century of homeless veterans.

Ah, but back to Libya and the “teaser” Wanta left me:

“I had some familiarity with Gaddafi during the late 70s and early 80s.

I had, by 1982, been able to confirm that our “hostility” toward Gaddafi was a CIA deception plan tied to his usefulness in assisting operations around the world, much as with Osama bin Laden.”

There is a rationale for Gaddafi to consider the UN action against him, based on his history of cooperation with NATO, a betrayal in fact. How could a man, so heavily invested in the Rothschild banks, a silent partner in the Carlyle Group with Bush, Baker, John Major, Frank Carlucci, be attacked by NATO?

Then again, I watched Ambassador Mark Siljander, a Reagan favorite, friend of Baker and Edwin Meese indicted by the Bush administration under circumstances, were I allowed to mention them (I serve on his legal team) as incredulous. I am showing restraint here.


Steve Rosen - Weissman - AIPAC
I look at the indictment of Steve Rosen, former head of the Rand Corporation, member of the Bush/Rice National Security Council arrested for spying for Israel.

News reports fail to mention Rosen’s position as top Bush advisor on the Middle East but, instead, mention his later employment with AIPAC, the Israeli lobby.

Rosen sued AIPAC for firing him, they claimed they couldn’t have an “accused spy’ working for them.

His claim? As AIPAC is a spy organization, firing me is the height of absurdity.

Rosen’s case was dropped and investigations against other Bush advisors, in fact ALL Bush advisors were dropped after a 3 year FBI “sting” operation that included wiretapping the White House.

“Play by play” of the tapes included, among other things, passing on nuclear secrets, done by people currently, not only ‘free as birds’ but chirping to the news every day. Moreover, dozens of hours of FBI transcripts cover sexual liaisons of what is typically termed an “unnatural” nature, described in punishing detail and tedious repetition.

The prosectutions were halted, the FBI agents reassigned and the targets, Rosen the least of them, still, to a large extent, run America, certainly run the Republican Party.

But we still aren’t getting to that “teaser” on Libya. How do I say this?


MK Ultra - Survivors Conference
According to Trowbridge Ford, Reagan was told by his vice president, George H.W. Bush that John Hinckley, the man who tried to murder him 69 days into office, the most obvious CIA “MKUlta” case we know of, was working for Gaddafi.

Ford has put some top level intelligence on Veterans Today but this just didn’t jell. Hinckley’s family was directly tied to Bush. They were family friends.

I saw nothing that could have tied Gaddafi to this. Ford went on further stating that Gaddafi planned and executed the Berlin club bombings at the behest of the Soviet Union and, in return, suffered a devastating air attack at the hands of the United States, the 1986 bombing of Tripoli.

I am now told that all the groups Gaddafi was said to control, the IRA or a group pretending to be “IRA,” the Red Brigades and others had been working for NATO all along as part of the Gladio program, the whole thing was a NATO “cover and deception” program, an integral part of the Cold War.

Thus, the “retaliation” against Gaddafi was nothing more than theatre as were other incidents of pretended confrontation with the long term CIA asset, as previously stated, a strong parallel to Osama bin Laden.

The CIA’s version of events is different, more than a bit.


Operation Gladio - Taxpayer Funded Terror
The “disco bombings” were not Gaddafi but rather “P2/Gladio” operations, part of a series of bombings that began in 1969 and went on into the 1990s.

The reason for the attack on Libya is classified, not “up for grabs,” not yet anyway. I will keep working on that but, rather than simply invent something, best tell you that I just don’t know. What I do know is this:

The 1986 bombing of Tripoli that supposedly killed “Gaddafi’s daughter,” a subject of much conjecture, was planned between the Reagan administration and Gaddafi.

Gaddafi agreed to the bombing to provide him with “needed cover and credibility.”

The operation began with the landing of Special Forces personnel in Tripoli. They secured the Gaddafi family and arranged for “selected targets.” Those included the communications antenna arrays near the Gaddafi compound, army barracks and an air field.

All targets were “painted” by American Special Forces personnel on the ground working with Libyan permission. One American plane was lost due to mechanical failure.

The results?

Gaddafi claimed a great victory over the United States.

He fired two SCUD missiles at Italy and America continued to blame Gaddafi for terrorism that had nothing to do with him, he continued to be the “front man” for false flag terrorism much as Osama bin Laden was blamed for attacks in Africa and on 9/11 though we were able to confirm that he was on the CIA payroll at the time.

Was Gaddafi ever under total NATO control? Was he ever a full ally of Israel, a nation he worked closely with on WMD programs? Why was Libya given so much latitude in keeping its WMD programs alive if all this weren’t true?

Some of the key elements, proof if you choose to accept it, came out recently when former Bush special envoy, David Welch, met with Gaddafi representatives in Cairo, at the Four Seasons Hotel, on August 11, 2011.

Welch, now head of Bechtel Corporation, the “top of the food chain” when it comes to American multi-national corporations involved in military construction and “big oil” reiterated continued support for Gaddafi, albeit 11th hour.


They May Want Him but Will They Get Him ?
The real discussions, taking into account that Gaddafi was “dead meat” politically, involved the disposition of his billions spread across the banks of Europe, the United States and his defense holdings, partnered with the Bush family.

We still know little about Gaddafi. Was he really working for an independent Africa, free of western financial machinations or acting as a ‘front man’ for Rothschild interests in Africa?

That is never going to be known. We do know the banks he proposed would never have worked, the currency he wanted to put in place, a ‘pan-African’ replacement for the dollar and euro were not supportable with Libya’s tiny gold reserves.

We also know his partners in the African Union to be among the most corrupt politicians in Africa.

Was his attempt still, taking on what could never be done, still an honest effort? Will we ever understand Gaddafi, who to this day may well be alive and, under some circumstances, still have a role to play?

Will Gaddafi ever admit his position during the Cold War, was he a CIA asset of simply “playing the grand game” of East v. West?

Cependant, la fille de Giancana, Antoinette a fait état de son impression au sujet de son pére qui aurait détourné des millions de dollars des fonds de la CIA.


Selon les documents déclassifiés de la CIA en 2007 intitulés "Family Jewels" (les joyaux de famille), Giancana et le chef de la mafia de Tampa/Miami, Santo Trafficante Jr. ont été contacté en septembre 1960 pour un projet d'assassinat sur Fidel Castro par l'agent de la CIA, Robert Maheu. Maheu, pour les contacter, est passé par l'intermédiaire un membre de la mafia de Chicago, en place à Las Vegas et numéro deux de Giancana, Johnny Roselli. Maheu se présentait comme un représentant des casinos et de différents intêréts économiques spolliés par Castro. (...)

Zo kreeg de redactie, dankzij de commotie rond de dood van Bouhouche, inzage in de tot nog toe onbekende database van Agence de Recherche et d'Information (ARI), het Brusselse detectivebureau dat in de jaren 1984-'85 werd geleid door Bouhouche en zijn kompaan Robert 'Bob' Beijer. De databank blijkt een goudmijntje te zijn: ze omvat meer dan 825 bestanden en duizenden namen van opdrachtgevers, klanten, targets, medewerkers, kandidaat-werknemers en andere relaties van de twee gevaarlijke gangsters. Uit de gegevens van hun database blijkt dat het duo aansluiting vond bij een sterk internationaal vertakt netwerk dat zich bezighield met inlichtingenwerk, wapenhandel en covert operations. (...)

Blijkbaar hadden ze ook toegang tot vertrouwelijke gerechtelijke dossiers, onder meer van de toenmalige onderzoeksrechters Véronique Paulus de Châtelet en Jean-Michel Schlicker. In bepaalde gevallen bleek ARI in staat om op zijn beurt de officiële politiediensten in te schakelen. Fiche 37 vermeldt in elk geval: "op onze vraag, interventie BOB Brussel". Ook telefoontap en wellicht ook inbraak en chantage behoorden voor ARI tot de mogelijkheden. Klanten of opdrachtgevers van het detectivebureau waren in vele gevallen ex-collega's van de BOB of de Gerechtelijke Politie. Heel wat klanten werden aangebracht door advocaten, in totaal bijna honderd, onder wie bekende namen zoals Jean-Paul Dumont (raadsman van talrijke extreem rechtse militanten), Pierre Chomé (zoon van Mobutu-opponent Jules Chomé en onderzoeksrechter Francine Lyna), Mario Spandre (raadsman van Moïse Tsjombé), Edouard Jakhian of Thomas Delahaye. Uit de database blijkt onomstotelijk dat ARI rechtstreekse contacten onderhield met en opdrachten uitvoerde voor de Amerikaanse ambassade in Brussel en de Belgische antenne van het Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). Ook individuele Amerikaanse prominenten deden een beroep op ARI. Richard C. Strauss bijvoorbeeld, een Texaanse advocaat en gewezen minister onder president Nixon, besloot op voorspraak van burggraaf Etienne Davignon (topman van de toenmalige Generale Maatschappij) Bouhouche en Beijer in te schakelen. Strauss vroeg en kreeg inlichtingen over het Belgische vriendje van zijn dochter Tania, een student uit Schaarbeek. (...)

Mayerus bracht Bouhouche en Beijer voorts in contact met het Amerikaanse commerciële inlichtingenbureau International Intelligence Inc. (Intertel). In opdracht van Intertel, zo leert de database, onderzocht ARI bijvoorbeeld een firma die kantoren had aan het Brusselse de Meeusplein, toevallig recht tegenover de toenmalige hoofdzetel van de Staatsveiligheid. Een oude bekende op de klantenlijst van ARI is de Saoedische geheimagent Faez El Ajjaz, die zich voor journalist uitgaf. In hun databank brengen Bouhouche en Beijer hem in verband met de affaire-Vernaillen (de moordaanslag op rijkswachtmajoor Herman Vernaillen), WNP en European Institute of Management. Minder voor de hand liggend was dat het detectivebureau regelmatig informatie inwon op vraag van het weekblad Pourquoi Pas? Intensieve relaties bestonden er ook tussen ARI en baron Jean de Barsy, een berucht financier die later in de criminaliteit verzeilde. Als oplichter en witwasser bleek de Barsy samen te werken met figuren die gelieerd zijn met de bende-Haemers (de ontvoerders van VdB) zoals Maurice Lammers, vader van WNP'er Erik Lammers. (...)

Het detectivebureau van Bouhouche had ook veel belangstelling voor wapenhandelaars, zoals blijkt uit de bestanden van Maxime de Cassan-Floyral (een Franse wapenhandelaar) en Georges Drouviotis (een Griek die meewerkte aan Iran-contragate). Een belangrijke relatie van ARI was de Palestijns-Libanese wapentrafikant Maroum Hage, die tijdens de Libanese burgeroorlog vanuit België wapens-voor-drugsdeals organiseerde met de Libanese extreem rechtse Falangisten. De dochter van Hage, Suzanne, werkte zelfs een tijdje voor ARI. (...)

Pressure grows on Germany to open its files on Eichmann

The German equivalent of M16 – the BND foreign intelligence service – is still refusing to de-classify thousands of secret documents detailing the hidden past of Adolf Eichmann, the notorious architect of the Holocaust whose trial began in Israel 50 years ago this spring.

Eichmann was responsible for organising the mass transportation of millions of Jews to the gas chambers of Auschwitz and other Nazi death camps throughout the Second World War. Historians are unanimous in concluding that he played a central role in masterminding the "Final Solution".

There has been speculation that Eichmann almost certainly acted as a BND informer and that the intelligence agency's reluctance to declassify its file on him is part of a continued attempt to keep its reputation clean until Germany's Second World War generation is dead and buried.

The Bild newspaper has launched a legal bid to get the BND to open its Eichmann file. A German court ruled last year on behalf of a German journalist working in Argentina that the BND was no longer legally entitled to withhold the information. Chancellor Angela Merkel's office has claimed that it is necessary to keep the information secret for foreign policy reasons. The court disputes this – so there is an ongoing legal row.

Opposition MPs have used parliamentary question time to ask why the BND did not pass on its knowledge of Eichmann's whereabouts to prosecutors. The response has been mostly stonewalling and the claim that the BND "cannot divulge its sources".

Eichmann was famously tracked down by Mossad agents in 1960 while ostensibly in hiding in Argentina. At the time the then West German government claimed that it had no idea where Eichmann was until the Israeli intelligence agency captured him.

However Bild recently gleaned some key information from just a few of the 4,000 pages of the BND's secret Eichmann file which tells another story. It shows that West German intelligence already knew in 1952 that Eichmann was in Argentina, where he was living with his wife and children under his own name.

Historians say Britain and other western powers probably did the same, but they have not published the evidence. The CIA has. Under heavy congressional pressure, the agency has been persuaded to declassify 27,000 unedited pages about American dealings with former Nazis in postwar Europe.

It was not just a question of bureaucratic inertia. There were good reasons not to go hunting for Eichmann. In Bonn, the immediate fear was what Eichmann would say about Hans Globke, who had also worked in the Nazis' Jewish affairs department, drafting the Nuremberg laws, designed to isolate Jews from the rest of society in the Third Reich. While Eichmann had gone on the run, Globke stayed behind and prospered. By 1960 he was Chancellor Konrad Adenauer's national security adviser.

"The West Germans were extremely concerned apparently about how the East Germans and Soviet bloc in general might make use of what Eichmann would say about Hans Globke," Mr Naftali said.

It was not just a West German concern. Globke was the main point of contact between the Bonn government, the CIA and Nato. "Globke was a timebomb for Nato," Mr Naftali said. At the request of the West Germans, the CIA even managed to persuade Life magazine to delete any reference to Globke from Eichmann's memoirs, which it had bought from the family. (...)

Richard Cottrell

Richard Cottrell enjoyed a long career in the British print and broadcast media. As a television journalist specialising in politics and economics he contributed regularly to the national ITV network. He correctly predicted why the Anglo-French Concorde supersonic plane would fail.

In 1979 he was elected as a Conservative in the first direct elections to the European Parliament. Intervention sarcastique s'appuyant sur la découverte par Billbalantines sur le marché aux puces à Bruxelles d’effets ayant appartenus à Jean Delhez héros des maquis pendant la guerre et en conséquence, suspect pour certains d’être un maillon important du Stay Behind ( voir fil SQUAD juin- juillet)

Notre ami Luxembourgeois est devenu d’une discrétion alarmante. A croire, comme on me l’a rapporté, qu’il a été fermement invité (comme d’autres de la même mouvance) à la fermer ……Ce qui d’évidence à porté ses fruits…
Si on n’est pas loin du Capitole à la roche Tarpéienne, modernité aidant, on n’est pas loin non plus de Bruxelles à la rue de Strasbourg à Luxembourg.

Ceci dit inutile de faire les marchés aux puces pour ce qui est du Stay Behind luxembourgeois puisque ces armes ont été remises à la caserne Grand Duc Jean à Diekirch. Y a rien de suspect ni de secret: c’est le rapport de la commission d’enquête luxo.
Partie des armements déclassés ont été par la suite cédées au Musée National d'Histoire Militaire dans la même ville.

Ce n'est pas à moi à vous le dire. Les sensations extatiques qui permettent d'atteindre la « vérité absolue », ce n'est pas mon genre. Demandez à certains particulièrement versés dans le concept et grand analyste des opérations secrètes luxembourgeoise.
Peut-être le frère du Grand duc qui est vraiment chouette mais a été éclaboussé par les enquêtes?
